Consider two things when developing your value proposition:

1. You need a clear, compelling message:

This message should explain what you do, how you are different, and why you are worth investing in. What is your promise to customers? What is the heart of your service? Highlight what stands out about your product.

2. The higher level concept:

How does your product fit into the bigger picture; where does it fall in the grand scheme of things?
