Belk Library at Elon University loans up to 25 books at a time to TALA borrowers who are in good standing at their home institutions.

Loan Period:  30 days on books

Number of books that can be taken at one time: 25 total

Access to DVD or VHS collection:  VHS only

Access to Reserve collection:  Building Use Only

Able to place holds through the catalog:  Yes

Overdue fines assessed:  None

Recalls (when the owning library needs material returned quickly): No additional fines assessed, but the loan length is shortened

Replacement cost: $60 Replacement value of the book after 60 days overdue

Borrowing privileges suspended:  When money is owed and items are overdue

Restricted Access:  Online database access from within Library only

Service restrictions:  No interlibrary loan requests can be honored.  No equipment will be lent.

Eligibility:  Valid University ID.
