The C. G. O'Kelly Library at Winston-Salem State University loans up to 5 books at a time to TALA borrowers who are in good standing at their home institutions.

Loan Period:  21 days

Access to DVD or VHS collection:  No

Access to Reserve collection:  Building Use Only

Able to place holds through the catalog:  No

Overdue fines assessed:  None

Recalls (when the owning library needs material returned quickly): No additional fines assessed, but the loan length is shortened

Replacement cost:  Replacement cost plus $25 processing fee is assessed 60 days after due date

Borrowing privileges suspended:  once any book is 21 days overdue

Restricted Access:  No check out AV materials and online databases are available in the library only.

Service restrictions:  No interlibrary loan requests can be honored.  No Media or AV materials can be checked out.

Eligibility:  Picture ID (Driver's License and Valid School ID card)  and proof of current enrollment is needed to allow access.
