As student assistants at our public-facing desks, you have the most direct contact with the general community both in person and online. We do not expect bad behavior in our "Pro Humanitate" community, but always be aware that if you ever do feel harassed in any way, there are resources available to you, should you wish to use them.

You don't need to deal with any potentially concerning situation alone! You should always feel free to inform your supervisor or another staff member about any situation that troubles you. We are here to help! If there is a patron (in-person, over the phone, or online) that is making you uncomfortable in any way, please let your supervisor know immediately.

If for any reason you do not wish to report an incident to us, there are a number of other resources available to you listed below.

Online Report Forms

Report Bias You may use this form to report if you or someone you know has been affected by a bias incident on the basis of identity including race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, genetic information, disability or veteran status.
Silent Witness "You may use this page to submit any information you have regarding a suspicious person, any suspicious activity, or a crime that has occurred on or off campus. Anonymous tips are always welcome."
Title IX Compliance Hotline "Compliance Hotline reports of sexual misconduct are forwarded to the University Title IX Coordinator. To ensure confidentiality and anonymity, this service is administered by an independent company, The Network."

CARE Team "The CARE Team seeks to help identify members of the Wake Forest community who are in need of support, guidance, or other intervention and to refer them to appropriate campus and community resources."
Chaplain's Office "The University Chaplains and Campus Ministers are available for pastoral counseling on a variety of issues. If ongoing counseling is deemed appropriate, referrals to clinically trained therapists in the University Counseling Center may be made."
SAFE Office "The Safe Office provides confidential crisis response and on-going support services to Reynolda Campus students and confidential consultations for concerned students, parents, faculty, and staff on the topics of sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking."
Title IX Office The Title IX Office, as part of the Office of the Provost and Campus Life Division, is responsible for oversight and coordination of the University’s Title IX compliance efforts.
University Counseling Center "The University Counseling Center remains committed to being a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential space to all members of the Wake Forest University community."
