Select the Print option in the program you are using and choose WFU Standard [Color/BW](Mobility).
The printer will auto-detect whether your document is black & white or color. You can adjust the document’s settings in your program’s print dialog box, or set the print to grayscale at the printer itself.
Tap your WFU ID Card on the space marked “Tap Here!”
Use the printer’s touch screen to enter your WFU user ID (your email address without the @wfu.edu at the end)
Select the document(s) you want to print on the touch screen.
Some options can be adjusted, such as color printing or double sided printing, at the bottom of the screen. Unavailable for documents uploaded via the website.
The cost of the print will be listed. Free Print funds are refreshed each semester and used first, additional funds can be added at deacprint.wfu.edu or via Deacon Dollars.
Press “Print” at the bottom of the touch screen.
If you don’t see the PaperCut screen, press the Home button on the printer and select Job Release.
Once complete, retrieve your document from the tray either below the touch screen or to the side of the printer
On the touch screen, press the Log Out button.
You will automatically be logged out after a certain amount of time.
