Frequently requested locations

  • Education Library (children’s books): Tribble Hall, lower level.
  • Law Library: Worrell Professional Center (law school) building
  • Music Library: Scales Fine Arts Center
  • Medical Library: Carpenter Library is on the medical school campus at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist.
  • 24/7 Study Room: Across from Smith’s Café in lobby.
  • Room 204 (used to be called the auditorium): Direct them down stacks next to the service desk, through the door at the end, and to their right.
  • Room 231 (CLASS Testing Center): Back of 24/7 Study Room
  • Room 232: Back of 24/7 Study Room
  • Rooms 203A and 203B: Back of Smith’s Cafe
  • Group Study Rooms 225-228: Hallway straight across from service desk
  • The Bridge/Information Systems: To the right of Atrium stairs, behind large glass windows
  • One Button Studio: Accessed through the Bridge
  • Mac Lab: Right of Atrium stairs, next to the Bridge
  • Wilson 1: Doors in back right and left corners of the Atrium, elevator in back right.
  • Reynolds 1: Take stairs or elevator near desk down and go through the door in the elevator lobby.
  • Auditorium (404): There are two common routes. Down the stacks next to the service desk, through the door at the end, and to the right. Take the elevator on the right hand side to the fourth floor; the auditorium will be straight ahead. Alternatively, up the stairs in the Atrium, turn left, then left again across the catwalk. Auditorium will be on the right.
  • Writing Center (426): Easiest route is to take the stairs or elevator to Wilson 4, then go right (if using stairs) or straight ahead (elevator) across the catwalk to Reynolds 4. Writing Center will be on the left-hand side.
  • Magazines/Newspapers/DVDs: Wilson 4
  • Closest Printers: 24/7 Study Room
  • Closest Restrooms: Lobby by entrance. Women’s on left by the 24/7 Study Room entrance, men’s on right by Smith’s Café entrance. More restrooms located in the left back corner of Atrium.
  • Guest Computers: Scholar’s Commons, Reynolds 4. Entrance elevator to 4th floor, left through stacks door and it will be straight ahead. Guests may also use the Mac Lab.
  • Special Collections (625): Easiest route is Wilson Wing elevator to the 6th floor, walk across the catwalk to Reynolds 6. Special Collections will be on the left side.
