ZSR Special Collections and Archives

The Special Collections and Archives Department at Z. Smith Reynolds Library offers a wealth of resources for the undergraduate and graduate student at Wake Forest. Our diverse collections include books, manuscripts, archival records, photographs, prints and posters, music scores, maps, audio and video recordings, newspapers, and artifacts.

Locating materials in Special Collections & Archives

Published materials (books, magazines, newspapers, etc.) in Special Collections can be found through the library catalog.

You can narrow your search results to display only Special Collections holdings by choosing Special Collections from the Location menu on the right side of the results screen.

Collections of unpublished manuscript or archival records are described in finding aids. For more information on finding aids and how to use them, see the Manuscripts tab in this guide.

If you have questions or need assistance in finding materials, please stop by the Special Collections reference desk or send a query through our information request form.
