DEFINITION: In business, a white paper is closer to a form of marketing presentation, a tool meant to persuade customers and partners and promote a product or viewpoint.

Budget example - should include rough numbers in table format - fixed & variable costs, startup capital needed, gross revenue first three years broken out by different revenue streams.
