The F. D. Bluford Library at North Carolina A&T State University loans up to 5 books at a time to TALA borrowers who are in good standing at their home institutions.

Loan Period:  21 days on books

Number of books that can be taken at one time: 5 books

Renewals: No

Access to DVD or VHS collection:   Building Use Only

Access to Reserve collection:  No

Able to place holds through the catalog:  No

Overdue fines assessed: No

Recalls (when the owning library needs material returned quickly): No additional fines assessed, but the loan length is shortened

Replacement cost: Cost of the item plus $15 processing fee, 30 days after the book was due.

Borrowing privileges suspended:  When items are overdue and money is owed.

Restricted Access:  Online database access from within Library only. 

Service restrictions:  No interlibrary loan requests can be honored. No laptops or other equipment can be loaned. No study room bookings.

Eligibility:  Driver's License and Current School ID.
